404 Ascent Xtrata Pro User's Guide
• Add to training folder – adds the document to the training folder.
• Close – closes the dialog box.
The File menu when editing a document:
• Save + Exit – saves the changes and closes the dialog box.
• Execute OCR – performs OCR on the document.
• Delete – removes the selected document from the training set.
• Close – closes the dialog box.
The Edit menu:
• Previous Field – navigates to the previous field in the list of fields.
• Next Field – navigates to the next field in the list of fields.
• Clear Current Field – deletes the content of the current field.
• Clear All Fields – deletes the contents of all the fields in the document.
• Rotate Clockwise – rotates the image of the document 90 degrees clockwise.
• Rotate Counterclockwise – rotates the image of the document 90 degrees
counter clockwise.
The View menu:
• Previous Document – navigates to the previous document.
• Next Document – navigates to the next document.
• First Page – navigates to the first page in the current document.
• Next Page – navigates to the next page in the current document.
• Previous Page – navigates to the previous page in the current document.
• Last Page – navigates to the last page in the current document.
• Zoom In – enlarges the scale of the document image.
• Zoom Out – reduces the scale of the document image.
• Best Fit – scales the document image to fit the viewer window.
• No Highlighting – turns off highlighting of the extracted results.
• Display Results – turns on highlighting of the extracted results.
The Help menu:
• About – displays the About dialog box.
• Contents – displays the online Help system for Ascent Xtrata Pro.
