3 In the “To” field, do one of the following:

 Type a customer recipient email address or fax telephone number.

 Select a customer recipient email address or fax telephone number from

the drop-down list box.

 Leave the field blank.

If you leave the field blank, Business Interaction Server will attempt to

provide the contact information (based on any document field that it

recognizes) when you click the Send Notification button (or whichever

button your system administrator has configured for you to use) in Step 6.

Note For system administrators: This customer recipient email address or fax

telephone number provides the value for the ACCRecipient field on the

associated template that you created in Kofax Template Designer.

4 Do one of the following:

 From the Reason drop-down list box, select the reason that the customer

needs to resubmit the document.
